Count the time it takes you to do something , this part is not so easy to achieve, but if you have to make visits to clients, organize documents or have meetings with your partners, analyze the time it will take and organize yourself to be able to continue with your activities.
Focus on your goals , we are always saying this, but based on your goals you prioritize the activities you must do and thus make better use of your time.
