In this week’s blog post, we’re excited to introduce a new machine now available on our website — the TUOLI TL-X9, perfect for 3D phone case sublimation. This opens up a whole new option for offering fully customized phone covers.

What Do You Need to Work with This Machine?
- Sublimation films
- Sublimation ink
- Sublimation printer
- Mold for phone cases
- 3D sublimation phone cases
- TUOLI TL-X9 sublimation machine
What’s the Process?
-
Print your design on the matte side of the sublimation film using sublimation ink.
-
Set up the machine with the following settings:
-
Temperature: 130°C
-
Pressure: -50
-
Time: 360 seconds
-
-
Place the printed film on the heating area of the machine for 40–60 seconds to dry.
-
Insert the phone case into the machine for 30 seconds to prepare the surface for better adhesion.
-
Then, place the printed film on the case, press the "Start" button, and let the sublimation process begin.
-
Once the cycle is complete, remove the phone case and peel off the sublimation film.
What Are the Advantages of This Process?
- Full 3D Printing
Sublimate not just the back of the case, but also the curved edges for a full wraparound effect.
- Larger Design Area
Create seamless designs, continuous backgrounds, edge text, and full patterns that cover the entire case.
- Professional and Durable Finish
These 3D cases have a special coating that results in sharp, vivid prints. The image doesn’t peel or crack, and stays integrated into the material.
- High Profitability
Producing 3D sublimated cases is cost-effective and offers high profit margins, especially when selling personalized or themed designs (quotes, brands, fandoms, names, etc.).
Now you know exactly how the 3D sublimation process works!
